I have had similar problems as you ongoing for a few years before developing a cardiac thrombus that threw bilateral pulmonary emboli. I'm lucky to be alive.(Was only 40! healthy, nonsmoker, & not over weight) Request an angio CT to rule out clots & special genetic testing looking for clotting disorders. You could be throwing small clotts that could be dangerous over time! Have your homostein levels tested. New studies are pointing to this as a definite cause for heart attacks and clotts!
