i have right sided chest pain as well. i underwent a cardiac catheterization and the chest pain was exacerbated when the catheter was in the smaller arteries of the heart. it has been diagnosed as microvascular angina. treatment includes a beta-blocker and a statin (all my cholesterol numbers are excellent without the statin, but i'm told this is the treatment).
