I am a 26 year old female and for the last two week I too have been having chest pain on my right side. It hit me suddenly while at work and for 3 days it was on and off. I started poking around my chest and now I have frightened myself because I have felt a lump and I can't tell if its just the shape of my rib cage or if its a growth of some kind. I regret reading about Hodgkins Lymphoma in witch one of the signs is chest pain and swollen lymph nodes, some of them are located in your chest. Hogkins if you don't know is Cancer of the lymph nodes. I have been having almost no pain now for the last few days but I keep poking at the bump I think Im feeling.
