As I know th ovarian cyst are relatively harmless and don't cause much in terms of symptoms. The larger the ovarian cyst is, the more likely it is to cause symptoms. When symptoms occur, they may include: 1.Frequent urination, if a large cyst is pressing against your bladder. 2. Abdominal pain 3. Menstrual period changes 4. Weight gain. Having said that, more severe symptoms may develop if the cyst has twisted (torsion), is bleeding, or has ruptured. You must see your medical professional soon. You must see the doctor immediately if you have any of the following pain, shock, or bleeding symptoms: Sudden faintness, dizziness, weakness, severe abdominal, pelvic pain, Nausea and vomiting Sudden faintness, dizziness, and weakness. Also if you have vaginal bleeding or symptoms of shock from heavy bleeding
