irregular periods and abdominal pains

I am a 26 year old women. Starting in May, I have started having my periods every 22 days, and even having 2 period a month. When i went for my yearly check up, my pap came back abnormal. I have also been having abdominal pain in my left abdomin. Has anyone else ever been through this before, and if so, what could be the cause of it.
