Hello Debra,

I went to my doctor the other day and he told me to us rePHresh, this is sold over the counter and is supposed to restore the ph inbalance in the VAGINA (gosh, i wish mine would behave too). I have also been reading and someone said to try Primal Defense (search under Primal Defense; probiotic) anyhow these pills are supposed to build your flora bacteria (the good bacteria) that keeps your ph in check. I've read in this message board from some women that it has worked for them. Hopefully it can work for me to. Hope you try it too.
