abnormal bleeding and abdominal pain

Today is Monday.. On saturday night my partner and I had sex, a little rough, and for some reason, painful. This is a regular thing with us and it has never hurt like this before. And for the last few days I've been bleeding non stop, and severe abdominal pain, like bad brusing. It hurts to urinate like the muscles are tore or something. Now, I had very similar bleeding and pain back in january following an abortion. Could there be damage to my cervix or something seriously wrong? it's been almost 4 days and still bleeding, even clots are comming out. Help.
