I was happy to come across your compaint on armpit and breast pain...I have complained on and off for years to my dr...my mom has breast cancer and I always worry about it. I have had many mammograms/ultrasounds of the breast etc...my dr. says it is ok...ask your dr. and never feel dumb about asking...they also said to watch salt, alcohol, caffeine.. hormones...have you come across anything that helps...I am nearing menopause too
