It could be Hydrodenitus Supporotiva- It will often itch and is usually pus filled like a boil. It has nothing to do with cleanliness, shaving your arm pits or anything like that- it's just a weird disorder that totally sucks, but is NOT life threatening- You can have surgery but the condition usually comes back- Hope this helps-
