The clicking may be due to a fixatied or displace cricoarytenoid joint. Try doing vocalization with you chin up for 1-2 minutes 3-4 times a day. This is what i was doing and felt something move in my throat. My vibratos much improved and it was easier to push my voice and i had no more muscle tension.
