I have experienced pain and stifness in my neck, back of ears, upper back and shoulder region for several years. I have gone to doctor's, physical therapists, chiropractor's and no help. I jog quite a bit, and I am fairly healthy. I work at a computer a lot during the day. WHen I play golf, it sometimes really hurts (bask of ears) when I reach down to pick up my ball. Anyone with similar and/or a solution??
