I have been in the Emergency room 5 times, twice hospitalized, within the last 4 months, sometimes only a week apart. All of the EKG's indicate my heart is fine. The doctors won't do an angiogram because of the negative results. The heart scan showed a score of zero for calcium and plaque. Inspite of the risk that I have(hypertension, cholesterol, gluccose); Mom had pace maker, and sister had angioplasty at age 50, the cardiologist still won't do the angiogram. A recent lab test indicvated that my live enzymes are elevated. I am really scared. My legs and arms hurt all the time. How can I get the Cardiologist to look at me more seriously? What should I do? Are there additional test they can try? I'm worried that the next time I go to the emergency room, I may not come back alive. Please help.
