i have the same pronblem right now as you. i hadnt had this pain since atleast 3 months. All of a sudden today, it started hurting. when i move it hurts and it seems like it's getting worse. it doesnt go away as quick as yours. this has been going on for about an hour and ahalf so far. i cant move my left arm and yes, it feels like it's pinched. did you go to the doctor? if so, what is wrong with us>? thannk you
