Maybe this could be far fetched but maybe he should be checked for a slight brain anurism! this sounds extrmely dangerous and I also have a brother with terrible problems like this and he refuses to see a doctor fro insurance purposes so let us all know on here what u find out with the doc! I could use a lil advice myself!
