Hi I totally know what you are talking about. I've been trying to figure out the same thing with my throat. My doctor said it was acid reflex and gave me prevacid. Didn't work! I looked up "throat clicking" on the internet and came up with some stuff, but not much. I still have no idea what it is. One thing that comes up alot is "Dysphagia". But that says you have trouble swallowing food and drinks. I don't know about you, but I don't. I hope this answered a little of your question.
