Ok my guy is a professional driver out on the road 10 to 12 hours a day sometimes. he eats like once a day he is from Italy so usually pizza. No real sleep several times a week,no history of heartburn or indigestion however he has complained of chest pain and sorness with no other symptoms and sometimes when he presses on it it hurts then all of a sudden two nights ago he said it was like a burn but not from the stomach just burning pain whare the hair is in the middle of the chest.He had the pain so much that night that he didnt even speak. He does smoke too but not real heavily.no high bp actually he said in the last check a little low.Dont know could be im told anything from heartburn to andina pectoris either way im concerned
