body aches

I am a 57yr old just started menoupause 4 months ago. Last year around Nov. I started experiencing these body aches that are worse in early morning.I feel stiff and aches similar to that of the flu. I feel it has to do with hormonal changes, I have looked in to chronic fatique and fibromyalgia but I have cancel those two out. Any thoughts on this.
