I have the same problem, which brought me to this sight. I feel deep pain in the bones of my neck, and my neck feels stiff,I get a knot or something in between my shoulder blades that shoots under them and down my arms, and I get tender-heavy feeling glands in my neck.Im glad Im not alone,although I dont want anyone to feel my pain.At one time a blood test showed that I had the epstein-barr virus,which causes the mono virus.Our symptoms match this virus, but unfortunatly it means nothing, because there is no cure, and no research on this ilness.Alot of people are suffering with it. If you ever had mono, get checked for epstein-barr, I bet the virus is still active. good luck
