Hi- you are obviosly prone to cysts,and this could be another one. It is more likely that your milk ducts are tender from hormones, and a hot water bottle, and some aspirin will cure that. If you notice swelling, and redness,it could be a sign of an infection in your ducts. It happens alot to us unfortunate females. I had one twice. I hope I helped a little. Stay away from alot of caffiene too,tends to make it worse. goodluck-Erika
