I feel hesistant about offering an opionion that your doctors, haven't. However, have they ruled out acid reflux. This could cause pain, and may not show up in any of the tests taken. They would need to do a GI Motility test that actually measures whether acid is rising up throught the esophogous.
My understanding is you could have acid reflux and only have minor symtoms of heartburn. But some of these pains could be a form of heartburn or burning from the acid. Talk to your primary physician about this possibility.
