I've read that when you have a tubal pregnancy you may have sharp pains in your sides as one of the symptoms but yet still get your period. Well I have been having these pains in my left side, they're mostly there at night or towards the evening. And they are most defined when I lay on my side and take a deep breath, but also when I lay on my back and breath out.
