Lump under my arm

A week ago I used a hair remover to remove hair from my under arm (not my first time). the next day I felt a burning sensation and saw that it is broken. now after a week or so I have a lump under my arm for the past three days. it is painfull especially when I touch it. What do I do ?? I don't want to go the doctor because I don't have an insurance.
