Please help. I am hot ALL the time. No, it's not menapause. although I am in my early 50's. I have been this way since I was 30 and it's getting worse. I am hot all the time. I keep me house temp at 65 degrees, which causes my family to freeze. Even 65 is warm if I'm physically active around the house. I sweat with just small activities. It starts in my head, which leaves me with drenched hair. It continues down my forhead, into my eyes. I miss out on many summer activities, even a walk in the park, because I'm so miserable. Has anyone else experienced this?
