I took the Zantac, and at the time was already having serious heart problems, infact was preparing for my first open heart surgery,I took the zantac, 300 mgs twice daily and it was wonderful, IF I had started taking it earlier I would have probably not had to have Throat surgery, the acid had eated the flesh from inside my throat and now I Had to have the gasto surgery that was very hard on me, I wish to God I had been able to get the Zantac before acid reflux destroyed my throat, I use to sing and play guitar, now I dont even play guitar anymore because my voice totally changed after my Esophagus had to be scraped. Its a bad surgery and I believe Zantac could have kept this from happening to me IF I had been able to get it earlier. Dont delay, take the Zantac.The acid 2will destroy your throat its like having something caught in your throat you cant get rid of, the skin will just hang there, causing you to constantly clear your throat. The Zantac would have saved me a lot of surgery and fear
