Hello

My mom is 64 years old, she just visit the doctor today for aneye check-up and found out that she have glucoma. The doctor told her that know surgery of the eye can be done to cure the disease, however they gave her some eye drops and told her that she'll need a new pair of glasses, and that once she use the eye drops she'll be ok.

How serious is this disease and will it cause her to loose her eyesight.
