Zantac for Acid Reflux anyone use this?

I have been given a perscription for Zantac 150 MG. I have not yet taken this yet because I read that it can cause heart palpatations. I have Anexity attacks quite often and do not want to take something that can cause this. Does anyone else take this and if so...have you had any side effects that were harmful or worrisome? Thanks.
