Ok, mine starts in the jaw then into my neck, armpits and chest and around into my back. Sometimes the pain is unbearable and has lasted for hours, sometimes just minutes. I to was told it must be acid reflux after ruling out heart attack. I hope the doc is right, I don't know if I can go on dealing with the pain!!
