i had what i can only describe as feeling like a trapped nerve in my lower back after about 5/6/7 days it slowly moved to my left leg where the discomfort is now , it comes and goes but mainly it stays and sometimes feels like a pain in my left hip what do i have to do to relieve the pain . i have not seen my gp as i think that he has enough on his plate as it is , i also have high blood pressure
