More than likely her colon is conjested. The rash could be from the toxins that the her body is trying to get rid of. I would recommend her getting some colonics done to help clean out her colon. I have done this many times and it is completely safe. I would also have her start drinking lots of Vegetable and Fruit Juices. I recommend the books my N.W. Walker "Fresh Vegetables and Fruit Juices". She should probably be drinking Carrot and spinach juice mixed. You will have to buy a juicer that can juice spinach. Get the book. It is great.
