Severe Pain in Ankles and Feet,  Doctors have no Answers

For the last 2 weeks I have had severe swelling and pain in both ankles and feet. I have had about 15 tubes of blood drawn and have seen 4 different doctors. They have no answers yet, and thinks it Rheumatology. What exactly is this and how do I treat this? I have never had anything like this in my life. I am a healthy 27 year old male. And ofcourse, my health insurance doesen't start till August 1st so I don't want to see any more doctors.
