I have the same problem, mostly on my knuckles though. They are really bad right now, mine act up in the summer time. I live in Oklahoma. I have seen the doctor about it too, they always tell me that it is contact dermititis and give me steroid creams. They never work. I am going to ask them to biopsy a spot the next time I see him though. Maybe he can find out exactly what it is under a microscope.
