I work for an optical company;the first thing you should do is have his eyes tested by an ophthalmologist.Secondly,yoga or other type exercises are needed to relieve any stress that effects him emotionally.Stress comes out in different ways for all of us.Thirdly,make sure he gets a good night sleep,and has some sort of routine he follows daily,reading,family time,etc.I also have kids,one with a blinking problem.He was diagnosed with PANDAS,an auto immune problem that some kids get,and out grow.Excessive blinking is one of the signs.He got this from Strep Throat starting at about 7 years old.GOOD LUCK
