Need some Anwsers forPossible Glucoma

Recently I had a growth removed from my Left eye. Then 3 weeks later my right eye turned red from top to bottom and left to right. Now due to the pressure test my doctor thinks I have Glucoma. Pressure in right eye 27 left eye 30 is this high can glucoma cause high blood pressure and or headaches. Please help
