Voluntary, unnatural blinking

Hi, I am a 17 year old Korean male. Since I was about 6 or 7, I had this problem with blinking my eyes. Not just naturally blinking, but I guess with a bit more strength, unnaturally. It's like a twitch I guess... I can sorta control it, but after a while I can't not do it. It's strange and very hard to explain. I know when I'm doing it, and others know too. After so many years, it's almost impossible for me to blink "naturally" again... It's almost like I am aware of every single blink of my eyes. Can anyone help? Thank you.
