I hear that feeling, keep exercising though. Dont think about breathing, just let it all go in and out naturally. Sometimes feeling full is your stomach touching the diaphragm after you eat etc. Meditation is always nice to think about. Focus on relaxation, breating, stretching... feel good.drink plenty of water as well. Keep up with doctor check ups EKG's every few years or so.
