I have been having strange chest discomfort on and off for the past few months....today my chest feels likes it full?? doesnt hurt just sometimes feels like I have to breathe harder...I dunno..its hard to explain. sometimes when I stand up I get a dizzy feeling as well....and im just exhausted today....what is all this? Am I worrying for nothing?
