Your chest pains sound to me like a mix between anxiety and pulled chest muscles. The reason I didnt sleep at night and never had problems during the day was because when you go to bed you are relaxed and all you think about is the chest pains and whether or not you are actually dying. During the dayy ou are usually busy and have more on your mind. Honestly you should try drinking peppermint tea & meditating. It worked for me, I had stress and panic attacks, on top of a pulled chest and i thought I was dying as well. E-mail me if you want to talk about it more!
