im a 28 year old male. i have been unwell now for years. started off in 1999 with a bad back. been signed off work ever since coz of my back. then i became ill after drinking alcohol, i used to get pulpitations and feel really really bad in the morning and would almost stop breathing. then i found ciggarettes gave me the same i'll feelings although i rarely smoked but if i had 5 in one night i'd feel terrible. then last year i started to feel ill all the time, i have been diagnosed with having globus a feeling of a lump in my throat usually linked with depression. then i started to get flutters in my chest, its as if my heart has a mad moment and after i get a massive surge of adrenelin which makes me feel ill. i wake up on average 3 time a night and most times i feel ill and have to stay awake untill i feel better again. the doctors have been saying for ages that i must be depressed although i feel absolutely great and very confident when im not unwell. i am always out and always active until the last 6 months where i feel ill all the time. the more i do the worse i feel after. i suffer from slight dizzyness and feel slightly disorientated some times, i also get head aches and pressure in my head. i have tried many things. been on 4 different types of anti depressants all of which i felt very ill and have been taken off of them, they make me worse than before, i have tried st johns wart and if anything it has made me worse. tried many other little things and nothing is helping me. i really dont think im depressed or anxious but i have some symptoms usually associated with them. please please help me. mike uk
