I have been doing weight lifting with my husband. He pushes me to my limit at least 3 days a week. But last week, I was doing lat pulldowns at 75 pounds. I did two sets at 75 and 3 sets at 50. The next day I started having pain in my left check straight thru to my back and it seems each day thereafter it has gotten worse. I've been treating it with ice packs and I take Naprosyn (anti-inflamatory) twice a day. When can I expect it to start getting better or, in the worse case scenario, could it possibly be my heart that I've injured?
