I got MRI/MRA and holter monitor. ALL FINE. From April - June I did some home improvement projects that included cement blocks. I moved 156,000 pounds of material over 2 months in 95 degree heat. I was drinking 3-4 gallons of water a day just to keep up with the sweat lost. During the whole project I never felt any symptoms. Two weeks after the labor stopped, I got back to work (computer). It started all over again. I am beginning to believe computer work has something to do with it. Maybe the Hertz Rate of the monitor or something. I am at a loss for an explanation. The odd thing is that while doing the home improvement project, the work was so intense, my heart rate averaged 150 bpm for 8-10 hours a day (very hard work). I guess I will just try and workout 3-4 hours a day if it makes me feel better however, I don't think I can find the time for work too.
