Hey, did you find anything out about sharp naval pain? I have it happen once in a while, maybe once a year or so. It happens when it's very hot and I'm working hard and probably not urinating enough. Then it really hurts when I do urinate. I have to double over to avoid intense pain. It usually goes away in a few hours or by the next day.

I've got it now because I worked and sweated for about seven hours straight on this hundred degree day. I drank a lot of water, but didn't urinate for a long time. Then the pain hit me and I realized I needed to urinate really bad.

I'm 45 by the way, and this has happened to me probably since I was in my twenties or earlier. I've never known exactly what's going on. If you've found anything out I'd sure like to know.
