Yes I completely understand what you are feeling.It is most like anxiety as your doctor said. I have had it and finally have a handle on things.I understand how scared you are and what you must be feeling. I have learned many tricks to help you with that. If you are serious you may email me [email protected] but put something in subject line to let me know it isnt spam.Deep breaths letting them out slowly will help. Also think of something you really like to do and when you feel this coming on, start thinking of every detail you need to do whatever your favorite thing is.
