I've also been diagnosed with a premature heartbeat which the doctor says is nothing to worry about for me - a 33 yo diabetic female. However it seems as though I've gotten more in the past couple of weeks, which is freaking me out and it's been keeping me from getting to sleep. Has any one figured out how to deal with these thuds at night? Also, does anyone know if exercise, such as walking 10-15 miles on the weekends, causes more premature beats? Has anyone had this condition for a long time - is this going to be something to deal with over years?
