I was diagnosed with a premature heartbeat about 5 or 6 years ago after wearing a monitor for a couple of days. The doctor also told me it was nothing to worry about, but told me to cut back on the caffeine (but of course that didn't happen). It has been doing its "flip-flop" thing again lately, and I am going to the doctor to have it checked out. It doesn't hurt to be on the safe side. Hope that helps you!
