infrequest chest/arm/jaw/neck pain

Every so often, I will get chest pain either on my left or right side, but will last for about a second or two, then stop, then come back about a minute or so, then stop again, another minute, so on and so forth. It will feel like someone stuck a finger at one particular point in my chest, pushed deep and then let go. I also have some jaw pain, once in a while, and I have neck, shoulder, elbow and wrist pains all the time, but not continuous. Now, I'm overweight, 37 years old, male, hypertension, and I have a job where I'm constantly using my arms all day long, very stressful. Any suggestions would be helpful.
