I have been getting extremely sharp,piercing pains shooting through my chest for the past couple months. It has recently become much more common. Every once in a while I have also been feeling dizzy and my vision gets blurred. It also hurts sometimes to breathe in deep. It's really starting to concern me & I don't want to spend money I don't have at the doctor's office if I'm overreacting. Please let me know if u know what might be going on. Thanks!
