i know that you posted this blog on your sharp naval pain years ago but i have been searching the web trying to figure out what this pain is that i have. it is a very sharp pain deep in the center of my naval. the pain is random and can last a few hours and makes me unable to stand up straight or move much until it goes away. i have been ignoring this for years and my grandmother and aunt had both experienced this when they were my age (19). they both had successful surgery for their naval hernias but all doctors i had talked to dont seem to think that is what it is and are puzzled. i was wondering if you had surgery or found out what it is that's wrong. im very curious. please email [email protected] if you receive this soon
