Vibration sensation in left chest

Almost everyday I get a feeling in the left side of my chest that feels like a vibration, almost like a cat purring. It might last a couple minutes, usually or a half an hour, then not again until later in the day or the next day. Sometimes it's most pronounced after exercising, but it'll happen when I'm relaxing. Blood pressure ws 128/68 this morning while it happened. Any thoughts out there?
