Sinus arrythmia is quite normal and is absolutely nothing to worry about. Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) are also benign in a normal heart such as yours.
Caffeine could make your PVCs worse as could stress, so it's a good idea to cut down on the former and reduce the latter through relaxation and exercise!
Don't feel that you have to do anything special at all though, you seem, by the results of your tests to have a normal, healthy heart...
