Has anyone else been diagnosed with a premature heartbeat? Dr. said I have sinus arrhythmia, but normal for my age (35 yo male). My heart will beat fine...then I'll feel a small flutter...then THUD. I get a little light headed and can feel it in my throat. I've been to the doctor and they had me wear a heart monitor for 24 hour since it showed on both EKG's. The nurse said that 1% of my heartbeats were premature, but it wasn't anything to worry about. Is this normal? I'm really getting freaked out. I've cut out all caffeine, chocolate and just been relaxing for the past 2 days. Besides the caffeine headache, the heartbeat has been somewhat normal. What could have brought this on out of no where?
